TransferGame (Naomi / Triforce / Chihiro)

This little app has been hoarded long enough so here it is. It's basically the exe version of triforcetools.py without having to mess about installing python.

    Hi mate,

    You wouldn't happen to have dknute's (Deunan) patcherv6.exe hanging about would you? I'm porting naomi_tools.py to Ruby and integrating it into a Ruby on Rails webapp to manage netbooting, and want to automate the in-line region patching of roms.

    This once-common file is now like absolute gold-dust now!
